KidsWhoKode is changing the narrative of what is possible for non-profit organizations in India. We are a mission, data, and out-come driven organization. In 2019, we scaled 17X without diluting our impact metrics or raising $1 in funding.

By blending business acumen with hope and optimism, KidsWhoKode has been able to achieve high growth while staying true it's core mission.

Our Differentiators:

FOR-PURPOSE:

KidsWhoKode blends the rigor of a for-profit business with the heart and idealism of a nonprofit organization.

KidsWhoKode operates with a single-minded focus to bring computer education to 250MM+ students in India. It is an ambitious goal. To achieve this, we rely on data to qualify our success. We listen to our students and learn from the industry. We remain open to test, iterate, and ensure the long-term sustainability of all our programs.

ZERO FUND:

KidsWhoKode does not raise funds nor do we charge our students.

We firmly believe in focusing on our mission, our students, and our teachers. Our zero-fund model is enabled by active partnerships with nonprofits and companies; and by incredible individuals who dedicate their free time to shaping the next generation.

COLLABORATIVE:

KidsWhoKode believes in partnering with like-minded corporates, nonprofits, individuals, and schools.

Building and scaling an idea is not easy. But it is even harder when we do it alone. KidsWhoKode collaborates with companies to translate classroom learnings into real-world experiences. We work with nonprofits to take our model and expertise to remote parts of India. It's by learning from each other that we translate our idea into a true movement.

TRANSPARENt:

KidsWhoKode believes in sharing results frequently and with complete transparency. It enables us to be better than yesterday.

We maintain an open classroom policy. Students, teachers, and professionals are invited to visit our programs, interact with our learners, and share their feedback. Our impact metrics are tracked at the student, teacher, volunteer, school, district, and state level. In 2020, we will be partnering with an external organization to manage and audit our data.
